Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Every time I go to Cracker Barrel, I order Hash Brown Casserole. It is cheesy, buttery, savory goodness and even when I order a salad or something remotely healthy, I still order a side of it. When I am at a covered dish dinner, I always keep an eye out for hash brown casserole and you can be sure I get a heaping helping! This recipe lets me make it at home whenever I am craving the good stuff. It’s a classic, for a reason!

Ingredients: hash browns, margarine/butter, salt, pepper, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese

Step 1: if frozen, thaw hash browns. Preheat oven to 350 F. Step 2: mix all ingredients together. Step 3: put into greased 9x13 dish and bake for 45 minutes.
