Layers of Love Trifle

Valentine's Day is swiftly approaching. While my hubby and I don't usually have big plans for the day, we do enjoy sharing sweet treats. Of course, chocolate is vital to our Valentine's celebration, too. This recipe is a delicious way to share some love with your sweetie and is super easy to make - a perfect addition to your Valentine's Day plans!

Ingredients: chocolate cake or brownies, cherry pie filling, chocolate pudding or mousse, whipped cream

Step 1: You can use store-bought or homemade versions of anything in this recipe. If using homemade, prepare prior to assembly. Step 2: Crumble cake or brownie into 1 large or 2+ individual serving dishes. (Clear dishes work the best for showcasing the layers. Consider using wine glasses for individual servings.) Step 3: Top with pudding or mousse, cherry pie filling, and whipped cream. Repeat layers if you have room. Step 4: Garnish with chocolate shavings or cherries and serve.

1 box of chocolate pudding or mousse

1 container whipped cream
